① treatment of the fungal infections: invasive aspergillosis, fusariosis, chromoblastomycosis and mycetoma, coccidioidomycosis, oropharyngeal candidiasis;

② prophylaxis of invasive fungal infections in patients receiving chemotherapy or undergoing high-dose immunosuppressive therapy.
