Peng once worked for Joincare Group, served as Chief Engineer of Shenzhen Haibin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., senior researcher of Shenzhen Taitai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and deputy director of the research institute. He chaired and was responsible for new drug research and development, generic drug consistency evaluation and process optimization.
