Shenzhen Beimei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and MedPharm Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MedPharm") signed the Master Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") on 15th, Nov, 2021. According to the agreement, Beimei and MedPharm will cooperate in the development of a topical product for the treatment of immune diseases.  MedPharm will be responsible for the preclinical research and development of products and technology transfer and will provide technical support for patent applications and product registrations. Beimei will have the exclusive right to commercialize the product in the global region, and will be responsible for the clinical study, registration, sales and promotion of the product and other commercialization activities.

The cooperation shall further expand Beimei Pharmaceutical's product pipeline in the field of immunology, further exploring the high-end complex preparation technology in pediatrics. Beimei will continue to develop "tailored medicines" suitable for children and make greater contributions to the career of children's health worldwide.
